  • Do you offer packing services?

    Yes — we can pack your belongings for you if you don’t have the time or prefer professional packing help. If you wish, you can also pack your own items and we’ll transport them. 

  • What areas do you serve?

    We help clients with moves within Wisconsin and for long distance relocations across the country. 

  • Are your movers licensed and insured?

    Yes — our team is experienced, trained, and insured so your belongings are protected during transport. (You can also check with us directly for licensing information.) 

  • What items won’t you move?

    While we can move most household and business items, there are restrictions on hazardous materials, perishable goods, and certain regulated items. Our team will clarify any limitations when you schedule. 

  • How far in advance should I schedule my move?

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak moving seasons (like summer) to secure your preferred date. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last minute requests. 

  • What if my move changes after I schedule?

    If details change (like moving date or amount of belongings), just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to adjust your reservation.

    We accept cash or check as well as Venmo or PayPal. Ask our team about accepted methods when booking. 

  • Do you offer storage solutions?

    Yes — we can help arrange storage options if you need temporary space for your belongings before final delivery.

    Yes — we provide free moving estimates so you know what to expect before booking services. 

  • What will packers not pack?

    Packers  will not pack hazardous materials (paint, propane, gasoline, aerosols), explosives (fireworks, ammunition), corrosives (acids, bleach), flammables (lighter fluid, solvents), perishable foods, live animals, plants, cash, jewelry, important documents, medications, or illegal items, due to safety, legal, and liability concerns, requiring you to transport these high-risk or valuable items yourself.
